A Curious... Tiara? He nearly always wears it: crafted from some kind of bronze or brass alloy and crowned with a peculiar gem that invites the eye to wander.
Painted. His face, what can be seen of it, has been done-up like a performer's: heavily powdered until it's practically snow-white; glossy, deep-red lipstick; a glimpse of the dark, painted-on spikes beneath his eyes.
Memorable Voice. A prettily unnerving voice, in fact, with its soft musicality, intrusive breathiness, and ‘playful’ intensity.
